Ball Chatham Food Pantry is a small volunteer-driven organization. Volunteer opportunities are sometimes available for large food drives and special events, but they are limited. The best way to support the pantry is through a food donation, monetary donation, or hosting a food drive. If you would like to volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Information Form.

Our Community Garden

The Ball Chatham Food Pantry garden is located on the grounds of the Chatham Presbyterian Church.

Constructed in 2016 as an Eagle Scout Project in conjunction with Scouting America Troop 48 sponsored by the Chatham Presbyterian Church providing fresh vegetables throughout the growing season such as tomatoes, squash, green beans, cucumbers and other varieties.

The garden is operated by Troop 48 offering community service for youth from Scouting America Units through Merit Badge programs such as Gardening and Plant Science merit badges. Boys and girls have the chance to learn how to produce food from seed to harvest and participate in helping the community.
