Request Food Assistance
The Ball Chatham Food Pantry provides food assistance to
residents in need within the boundaries of the Ball-Chatham
School District. All clients requesting food assistance must provide proof that they reside within the boundaries of the Ball Chatham School District.
Request Assistance
The Ball Chatham Food Pantry provides food to families who live in the Ball Chatham School District and
have a picture ID and proof of residency.
Each food order is prepared in advance and has a variety of non-perishable items. Fresh vegetables, eggs
and frozen items are available if we have current donations of these items.
Here is how to get a food order.
Request food
Complete request for assistance on the Ball Chatham Food Pantry website.
Wait for a call or text from one of our volunteers.

A volunteer with call you back and complete an application for you
Wait for a call or text from one of our volunteers.
Agreed food pick-up time
A volunteer greeter will call or text you from their personal phone number.
They will coordinate a time to meet you at the pantry.
If you are unable to meet at the agreed time, contact the volunteer greeter prior to the time of the meeting.
Get your food
Go to the Ball Chatham Food
Pantry at 1835 W. Walnut in Chatham at the agreed upon time.
Drive to the carport at Southwest corner of the building.
Show the greeter your picture ID. If your ID does not have your current address, bring proof of residency such as a utility bill or lease.
Load the food in your vehicle. You will get many bags of food so make sure there is plenty of room in your vehicle.
